Carl B. Tegtmeier

Carl B. Tegtmeier attended the Pennsylvania State University where he obtained his B.S. from the Smeal College of Business with a minor in Business Law. Upon graduation, while working full-time as a legal assistant and paralegal, he attended the evening division of Pace University School of Law and obtained his J.D., Cum Laude in May, 2009. He served as a summer intern at the Supreme Court State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department. Since 1998, Mr. Tegtmeier has been actively involved in a non-profit agency which services families with children with disabilities.

As an associate with Sanocki Newman & Turret, LLP, Mr. Tegtmeier engages in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, conferences, motions and appeals in Courts throughout the greater metropolitan area. He is admitted to practice before the New York and Connecticut State Courts as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
